Enhanced Digital Security with Digital Banking

Our new digital banking application has raised member security to a whole new level.  Check out these great features to keep your financial information secure:

Feature favorites that help keep your financial information secure:

Contact Information: The best defense against account fraud is a good communication strategy. Under Settings> be sure to update your physical address, e-mail, and phone information so we can get in touch with you if we suspect unusual activity with your account.  Also, enable SMS messaging and push notifications, and set your preferred method of contact.

Biometric Login:  On your mobile device, enable biometric login for the quickest and most secure method of access to your accounts

Two-Factor Authentication:  Under Settings> you can enable two-factor authentication for an extra layer of security each time that you login and/or authenticate using a two-factor authentication application like Google Authenticator, Authy, or Duo for a more streamlined multi-factor experience.

eAlerts Under Accounts> there are a number of eAlerts options with your security in mind.  Here are few options:

– General Alerts are automatically enabled and will notify you of changes to your personal information
– Debit Card Purchase Alerts will notify you every time your debit card is used
– Online Banking Access Alerts will alert you each time the digital banking platform is logged into

SavvyMoney:  Enroll in Savvy Money for free access to your credit score and more!  View your full credit report and initiate disputes on erroneous content and be alerted to new attempts/inquiries on your credit file.

Digital ID:  If you frequently contact the Credit Union by phone and want to expedite our member identification program, enroll in Digital ID under Settings> on mobile device. With Digital ID we will send a verification request to your mobile device, for quick and secure identity confirmation.
