Self-enroll in Business Bill Pay by following these steps:

For Mobile Devices:

  • Download our Midcoast FCU Mobile App for Digital Banking
  • Click “more” in the bottom right-hand corner to open the app menu 
  • Select “Transfers & Payments”
  • Click “Pay a Bill”
  • Follow the instructions to enroll 

For Desktop Devices:

  • Log into your Digital Banking account 
  • Select “Transfers & Payments” from the top header menu,
  • then choose “Pay a Bill” in the menu
  • Follow the instructions to enroll

Voice Bill Pay

Ask Alexa to make a payment, provide payment history, and check scheduled payments.
iPay QuickPay, is a voice-driven capability that enables you to access certain information about your Jack Henry and Associates Bill Pay account on your Alexa-enabled device.

Get started with iPay QuickPay:

  • You will need an online Bill Pay account to start using iPay QuickPay. If you don’t have an account yet, complete the enrollment form.
  • Add Alexa to your BillPay account
  • Select the “My Account” tab
  • Go to the Voice Bill Pay section and select the “Add Alexa” link
  • Answer the challenge phrase questions
  • Enter credentials and submit
  • Enable the iPay QuickPay skill on our Alexa app
  • You are now able to make a payment to eligible payees you’ve added to your Bill Pay account

*No monthly service fee or per item payment fee on Business checking accounts enrolled in the Bill Pay service. Business Bill Pay accounts that are inactive for 120 days will be notified and deactivated. Additional service options are available and can be purchased when authorized by the user. 

**Additional payments after the monthly allotment of 15 payments will incur a $1.00 fee per payment.
