Secure eMail provides members with a direct and secure way to communicate with a knowledgeable Financial Services Representative. For email correspondence containing specific account and/or personal information, we strongly encourage you to use this secure email channel available through Midcoast Connection.

• Accessible throughout Midcoast Connection at transaction level
• Prefills transaction level information into message for time saving and accuracy
• No personal email address required
To Use
Use Secure eMail by following these easy steps:
• Login to Midcoast Connection
• Click on the “envelope icon” throughout the platform or click the Message tab to start a message
• Manage all secure email correspondence on the Messages tab.
Next Steps
To communicate with a Financial Services Representative, sign into Midcoast Connection and click on the ‘Message Tab.’
