Midcoast FCU strives to create and maintain a happy, healthy and collaborative work environment that engages its employees and promotes long-term employment with the ultimate objective of providing the highest level of member satisfaction. We aim to provide an atmosphere for the encouragement of individual initiative and a sense of participation in the goals and overall function of the Credit Union. The Credit Union commits to employ individuals solely on the basis of qualifications without reference to sex, age, race, color, religion, disability, ancestry, national origin, or sexual orientation.

What We Are Doing

To help make our website a positive place for everyone, we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone. The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). The target accessibility level for our website is AA.
